Create your Trade Partner account and complete your profile. Choose GC, Multi-trade, or your specialty. Multi-trade companies select the trades they provide.

Create the project
Add the project address, scope, measurements, and photos. Creating, saving, and updating a project is free.

Review credit usage
At launch, choose a plan or credit pack. See the credits required for the requested estimate before approving generation.

Review & share
Planned estimating tools will help you review assumptions, refine your client estimate, and export it. Verify the estimate before sending it to your client.

Understand AI credits
Pay for the estimating work you request.
Credits measure AI estimating usage—not the construction cost of your client’s project. The required credits will be shown before generation. There is no unlimited AI plan in the planned launch structure.

The future View S2E Leads marketplace will let eligible Trade Partners review projects from homeowners who request outreach. Lead pricing will depend on the homeowner’s project type and scope.
Lead purchases are separate from your estimating plan. They are not included in subscriptions and do not use your AI estimating credits.
These are planned lead-price examples, not construction prices or estimate-generation fees. Final pricing may vary by project scope and will be displayed before purchase.
